Not generate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

3. AI-Generated Designs

Designs are generated using AI based on your text prompts. While we strive for quality:

Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match your exact expectations
You are responsible for reviewing designs before purchase
Generated designs are for your personal use on purchased items

4. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are in USD and include product cost and shipping
Sales tax may be added based on your location

5. Shipping and Delivery

Production: 2-5 business days
Shipping: 3-7 days depending on location
Tracking information will be sent via email

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom-made items are final sale. We offer refunds only for:

Defective products
Incorrect items received
Damaged items during shipping

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for return requests.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to designs you create. By using our service, you grant us permission to:

Display your designs in our gallery (with your permission)
Use anonymized design data to improve our AI models

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Threads is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

AI-generated content that doesn't meet your expectations
Shipping delays beyond our control
Third-party service interruptions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
