What if I don't like my design?

Regenerate as many times as you want before ordering. If something still feels off after purchase, email support@aithreads.online within 14 days and we'll help with a reprint or store credit.
How long does shipping take?

Printing usually takes 2-4 business days. Shipping inside the US/Canada is 3-5 business days. International orders arrive in 5-12 business days depending on customs.
What's the shirt quality like?

We print on buttery-soft Bella+Canvas tees via Printify using direct-to-garment ink. You can peek at the fabric specs here: Printify garment specs.
Can I edit my design after generating?

You can tweak the prompt and regenerate before checkout. Once the order is submitted, it heads straight to production so we cannot edit the artwork.
Do you keep my designs private?

Yes. Generated designs stay private unless you toggle them public or share a link. We only showcase opt-in creations in the gallery.
